According to the National Foreign Trade Council’s Noticias all U.S. ambassadors in Latin America will hold a secret meeting in October to prepare a report on the hemisphere for submission to the next U.S. president. The meeting is being organized by Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs, Covey Oliver.
